Nature of our Practice
The attorneys of PHIPPS, GEIS & BRACH have decades of collective experience in Divorce and Family Law proceedings, as well as negotiating and drafting Prenuptial Agreements and Separation Agreements. They have successfully represented hundreds of clients in matrimonial actions, not only in South Carolina, but also in New York, Indiana, Illinois and Georgia. They are equally adept at resolving the most complex marital issues, through negotiations resulting in Property Settlement Agreements and Separation Agreements dealing with all of the relevant marital issues.

The attorneys of PHIPPS, GEIS & BRACH recognize, in many instances, including but not limited to, situations where the parties have a short term marriage, little or no assets, and no custody or visitation issues, it is possible and desirable to resolve all issues in a non-contested manner. In those instances the firm offers flat fees in an amount commensurate with the facts of the case.

The Attorneys of PHIPPS, GEIS & BRACH are experienced in Mediation. All partners of PHIPPS GEIS & BRACH are trained, qualified Family Law Mediators in South Carolina, and individual partners are trained and experienced in other states, including New York, Georgia, Illinois and Indiana.
